The course runs from November 2018 to June 2019 and sees two selected quartets taking part.
At the end of the course the two quartets will perform in a special concert to be held in a prestigious hall in Turin
2) Chamber Music course for young students
A chamber music course for string players with at least two year’s experience and aged 10 and upwards ! The course is designed as an introduction to ensemble music for strings, to encourage dialogue and collaboration through music.
The course takes place two Saturday afternoons each month, starting on January 12th until end of May
The course is held by Prof. Eilis Cranitch, violinist and expert on chamber music for young string players.
The annual Xenia Chamber Music Course will take place this summer in Pracatinat from July 25th to August 4th 2019.
